A securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 50% of the total booking cost. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £200 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition. We would be grateful is any items such as glasses, crockery that are inadvertently broken could be advised to us so we can replace them before the next guest arrivals. We do not withhold any deposit if such items are broken.
The quoted rates include a welcome basket on arrival and preparation of the apartment also cleaning on departure. There are additional options of cleaning services available including daily maid services or once weekly cleaning. The options attract an additional, inexpensive cost, if you would like to have the upgraded service please contact the owner to discuss your requirements. Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks - no cancellation charge 4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded 2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded Less than 2 weeks - no refund.

Long weekends & short stays
It is possible outside the high season of July, August September that you can rent the apartment on a day by day basis. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible, but, during the summer months (high season) it is more likely to be on a Saturday. It would be necessary to vacant the apartment by 10.30am on the day of departure in the high season.
